1 cup pinto beans
4 average size potatoes
1 cup red cabbage
3 tsp ginger
2 tsp aniseeds
4 tsp cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 bundle dill

Soak beans for 3 hours or overnight.
Cook for 1 hour.
Dice potatoes, cut cabbage and put into the pot. Add finely chopped
ginger, aniseeds, and cumin. Cook for 50 more minutes.
10 minutes before end of cooking add coriander and chili.
Before serving garnish with finely chopped dill.
