1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup oat flakes
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
Dissolve molasses in the equal amount of warm water. Add salt. Pour
the liquid into the flour and stir it in.
Add oat flakes and mix. Keep the mixture for several hours or
overnight in a warm place.
Heat owen to 175 C. Peel and cut the apples, and place them on the
bottom of a buttered or a nonstick pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and
cover with oat mixture. Bake 50 min.
